I remember when we first installed a chassis dynamometer at our race shop.
WOW! We could now tune and test the race car perfectly at the shop enabling us to fully concentrate on other issues at the track, like tire and suspension settings instead of engine performance.
After being able to use that special tool, I was able set 5 new class lap records at Lime Rock. Talk about gaining the Competitive Edge!
