Executive Coaching

What is Executive Coaching?

Executive coaching facilitates professional and personal development for individual growth and improved performance.

I work with my clients to achieve specific goals. These may include career transition, interpersonal and professional communication, performance management, organizational effectiveness, managing career and personal changes, developing executive presence, enhancing strategic thinking, dealing effectively with conflict, and building an effective team within an organization.

What are the Benefits of Executive Coaching?

New skills required of managers, including evaluating performance, conducting tough conversations, dealing with conflict and motivating teams, aren’t necessarily skills that come naturally. In Corporate America, you get promoted for being good at what you do, as opposed to having the requisite skills for leading others in doing what you do. Executive coaching helps you fill in the gaps in the skills you already have.

We are all victims of living in our own heads and at times we need help getting perspective. It’s not easy to evaluate ourselves, which is why there is so much value in having that thought partner bring perspective to internal conversations.
